With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe is a seasoned executive with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Joe’s expertise lies in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence. He has a deep understanding of the construction industry, staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations to provide innovative solutions to clients. Under his direction Maxtec Roofing Group has earned a reputation as the preferred provider for Communities and Homeowners Associations demanding challenging and unconventional approaches requiring novel business practices while focusing on innovative solutions on time and within budget. Prior to joining Maxtec Roofing Group, Joe held a key leadership role at Coastal Construction Solutions, Inc., Coastal Construction S.A., and Axa Investments, LLC., where he honed his expertise in team management, cost optimization, and customer relationship management. He has a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and inspiring excellence.
